Voucher will then be issued with package details upon payment received for redemption purpose.

To place your advertisement, email us the voucher together with the selected advertisement dates.

All advertisements booked under the Run-On-Page [ROP] are not allow to choose specific position.

Print Material Guideline:

• Please supply advertisements in PDF format made up to required sizes as outline in the production specifications.
• Registration marks and transparencies are not allowed.
• PDFs should be compliant with PDF/x-1a:2001/PDF 1.3
• Files containing SPOT, LAB, RGB ICC Profiles will not be accepted. Please supply CMYK profiles only (ISOnewspapaer26v4.icc)
• Images must not be less than 200 dpi.
• Fonts must be embedded & only Base 14, True Type fonts are accepted.
• Maximum Process in Colour Weight must not exceed 240%
• If text in black colour, only single black (K/100) is allowed. All/Rich black (C/100, M/100, Y/100, K/100) is not permitted.

 

Incomplete artwork or late material will not be accepted, not-withstanding acceptance of the contract in advance. However, client will be charged for the space booked in the event of non-publication due to late/incomplete artwork.

This promotion is solely for advertising space booking and placement. Customers will take all responsibilities relevant and related to design and artwork of the advertisement, ensuring that the final format submitted conforms to the above specifications and all relevant regulations. 

 

All advertisements must abide by various advertising restrictions and regulations that are or may be issued by the relevant or competent authorities from time to time, included but not limited to the following:

• All advertisements must conform to the Malaysian Code of Advertising Practice.
• All advertisements pertaining to medicine, infant food, health products and treatment affecting human body must comply with the Medicines (Advertisement & Sale) Act 1956 (Revised – 1983) and the Medicine Advertisements Board Regulations 1976.
• All advertisements on residential properties must bear necessary approval code number from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government.
• All tour enterprises incorporated in Malaysia must be registered with the Tourist Development Corporation (TDC) and their advertisement must bear the approval code from the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs.

1. Expired vouchers cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Booking Deadline : 7 working days before publication date.
3. Payment Deadline : 5 working days before publication date.
4. Material Deadline : 3 working days before publication date.
5. Cancellation Deadline : No cancellation allowed.
6. Fails to meet any of the deadlines and/or fail to fulfil any of the requirements to complete the booking process, the booking fee shall then be forfeited and thereafter no further claims shall be brought against Adqrate Sdn. Bhd. and/or Sinar Karangkraf Sdn Bhd
